Sullivan County came tearing into Saturday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Millville Quakers by a score of 57-46. While the Griffins didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Sullivan County's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Millville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Sullivan County will be home for the holidays to greet Towanda at 12:30 p.m. on Monday. Towanda knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Sullivan County likes a good challenge. As for Millville, they will head out to face off against Canton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
