Soccer Recap: Central Wise Takes a Loss

Central Wise was the 8-0 winner over Lee when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Generals by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. Central Wise have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Wise's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Lee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Central Wise is taking a road trip to face off against Richlands at 7:20 p.m. on Friday. As for Lee, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gate City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lee's defense better be ready for this one: Gate City have averaged an impressive 3.3 goals per game this season.
