Volleyball Recap: Norfolk County Agricultural Takes a Loss

Norfolk County Agricultural was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Old Colony RVT Cougars. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-19, 16-25, 25-15, 25-22.

Norfolk County Agricultural's offense was headlined by Nevaeh Schlager and Ellie Smith-Gaeta, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Bella Doherty and her 20 assists. Shivonya Scott controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Norfolk County Agricultural's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Old Colony RVT, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Coming up, Norfolk County Agricultural will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Blue Hills RVT at 5:00 p.m. Old Colony RVT has already played their next contest (against Bristol-Plymouth RVT), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
