 Cathedral stacked  a  seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by  an  11-2 margin over the Connersville Spartans. The  victory was familiar territory for Cathedral who now have four in a row.
  Sidney Feczko was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   four  hits. Feczko has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Feczko was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news, Cathedral got a  massive  performance out of  Anna Moore, who  went 3-for-4 with three  runs, a  triple,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Angie Valentine, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, a  triple,  and a  stolen base.
 On Connersville's side,  Rayleigh Bresher made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-3 with a  home run. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bre Brock, who  went 2-for-4 with a  stolen base and a  double.
 Cathedral pushed their record up to 14-2 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Connersville, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record  this season.
 Cathedral will look to defend their home field  on Thursday against Avon at 6:00  p.m. Avon has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.42  runs per game on average), something Cathedral will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Connersville, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Knightstown at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Knightstown is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2  runs per game  this season.
