Soccer Recap: River Forest Comes Up Short

River Forest lost against Washington Township back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Ingots lost 4-0 to the Senators. River Forest have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

River Forest's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Washington Township, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 2-11-1.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. River Forest will challenge Griffith at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Washington Township, they will host Kankakee Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
