Soccer Game Preview: North Stafford vs. Brentsville District

The North Stafford Wolverines are taking a road trip to take on the Brentsville District Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. North Stafford's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

North Stafford is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They and Brooke Point finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday. The result (or lack thereof) marked North Stafford's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Brentsville District faced off against Gainesville on Thursday. The Tigers played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against the Cardinals.

Aubrey Earman was the only thing that stood between Brentsville District and a shutout considering she scored both of Brentsville District's goals, bringing her season total up to three goals.

With that draw, Brentsville District's record moves to 1-1-1. Meanwhile, North Stafford's record is now 0-3-1.
