Western Dubuque proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 28) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They slipped by the North Scott Lancers 14-13. The win was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won four contests in a row.

Western Dubuque's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for North Scott, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
