The home team had won the previous four meetings between Garber and Glenn, and Garber kept the tradition alive. The Dukes were the clear victors by a 13-6 margin over the Bobcats on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Dukes, who have now won eight games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Garber's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Glenn, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season.
