Soccer Recap: Albemarle Comes Up Short on the Road Against Mount Pleasant

Albemarle kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Mount Pleasant Tigers by a score of 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for Albemarle in their meetings with Mount Pleasant: they've now lost three in a row.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albemarle will face off against South Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Pleasant, they will be playing at home against Salisbury at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
