Tri-County's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Faith Christian Eagles 16-2. The Cavaliers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Tyler Burns was a standout: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with two triples, three RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most triples he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Voors, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.

Tri-County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Faith Christian only posted an OBP of .304.

Tri-County's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for Faith Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Tri-County will have a chance to go back-to-back against Faith Christian: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
