Softball Recap: Canby Cougars vs. Mountainside Mavericks
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westview, Canby was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Mountainside Mavericks 9-8. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and not a single walk).
