Football Recap: Parkview's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

There's no place like home for Parkview, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They managed an 18-13 win over the Branson Pirates on Friday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Vikings' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 200th, while the Pirates are ranked 56th).

Parkview's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Branson, they moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Parkview will venture away from home to challenge Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Branson, they will welcome Marshfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
