Soccer Recap: Austin Falls Short of Lake View in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Austin can now relate to. They fell just short of the Lake View Chiefs/Maidens by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by just one goal.

Austin's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Lake View, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-9-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Austin nor Lake View have any future games scheduled.
