It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but King had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They took down the Westinghouse Warriors 32-13. The Jaguars are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to King's defense and their three sacks. Kaleeya Anderson was especially locked on to Westinghouse's QB and sacked her twice. Anderson also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with 12.
King's record now sits at 14-1. As for Westinghouse, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.
The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. King will take on Lane Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Champions will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last. As for Westinghouse, they are taking a road trip to face off against Chicago Hope Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chicago Hope Academy's defense has only allowed 8.3 points per game this season, so Westinghouse's offense will have their work cut out for them.
