Softball Recap: Rosemont Comes Up Short

Rosemont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 12-4 to the Lincoln Trojans.

Clarissa Angulano made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-3. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.

Rosemont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lincoln, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Rosemont didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-1 loss against Folsom on the 4th. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-3 win against Turlock on the 28th.
