Basketball Recap: St. Charles West Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for St. Charles West, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Howell Central Spartans by a score of 55-48 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Spartans back in December of 2024, they had to take a 54-48 defeat.

The win got St. Charles West back to even at 6-6. As for Howell Central, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Charles West has already played their next match (against Bayless), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Howell Central will challenge Fort Zumwalt South at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th.
