Redmond came into Thursday's match looking for another win against Hazen, but Karamelu Ioane wouldn't allow it. The Highlanders had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 3-2 with plenty of help from Ioane, who had 25 digs and three assists. Ioane is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

Hazen's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for Redmond, they dropped their record down to 5-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Hazen will square off against Inglemoor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Redmond, they will be playing at home against Woodinville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
