Baseball Recap: Osbourn Takes a Loss

Osbourn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 7-5 to the Potomac Senior Panthers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-5 on Monday.

Osbourn's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Potomac Senior, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Looking ahead, Osbourn will challenge Hylton at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Potomac Senior will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' match: after the Eagles faces off against Liberty, they'll take on Potomac Senior again at 12:00 p.m.
