Soccer Recap: Hinckley-Big Rock Takes a Loss

Hinckley-Big Rock's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Indian Creek Timberwolves by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Indian Creek this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on Saturday.

Hinckley-Big Rock's goal came courtesy of Judd Bark, which was the first he's scored this season.

Hinckley-Big Rock's loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Indian Creek, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

The future could be bright for both Hinckley-Big Rock and Indian Creek: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Royals will try to hand Sandwich their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Indian Creek will look to extend Lutheran's three-game losing streak when they meet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
