Walden Grove made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Sahuaro, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Walden Grove's pitcher stepped up to hand Sahuaro a 12-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Red Wolves, who have now won four matches by 11 runs or more so far this season.
Oliviah Valdez made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched.
