Boulder City extended their postseason success on Thursday against Sports Leadership & Management. They had just enough and edged out the Bulls 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won 17 matches in a row.

Payton Rogers spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on five hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 13 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Boulder City saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Nordstrom, who went 1-for-4 with two runs.
