Digital Pioneers Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 14-7 victory over the St. Albans Bulldogs on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for the Pythons, who have now won ten games in a row.

Digital Pioneers Academy found their leader in freshman Laroy Williams, who rushed for 123 yards on only 14 carries. Williams' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 109 rushing yards.

Digital Pioneers Academy didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited St. Albans to a completion percentage of just 46.7%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from two players: Tarvis Best and D'Angelo Caulker, who each logged two passes deflected. The last time Digital Pioneers Academy's completion percentage was this high was back in August.

Digital Pioneers Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Best and Qualoe Parker. Best got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
