Soccer Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for Holmes

There's no place like home for Holmes, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. Everything went their way against the Bear Grass Charter Bears on Wednesday as they made off with a 7-3 victory. Emma Parrish was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Holmes pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those five contests. As for Bear Grass Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1.
