Texas Christian had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They walked away with a 53-41 win over Cornerstone Christian Academy. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against Cornerstone Christian Academy back in January, they had to take a 54-52 loss.

Texas Christian's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing School of the Woods the next time they take the court. Texas Christian will head out to face School of the Woods at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Cornerstone Christian Academy will host them at 8:00 p.m. on February 7th.
