Soccer Recap: Red Rock Has No Trouble Against Williams

Red Rock won the last time they faced Williams and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Scorpions were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Vikings. Considering Red Rock have won three matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Williams from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Ben Metzger led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Red Rock's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Williams, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Rock will challenge Show Low at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Show Low will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Red Rock surely won't give up without a fight. As for Williams, they will take on St. Michael at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
