Basketball Recap: Social Circle Has No Trouble Against Redan

On Wednesday, the Social Circle Redskins strolled past the Redan Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 66-48. The match marked the Redskins' most dominant win of the season.

Derrick White had a dynamite game for Social Circle, going 9 for 15 on his way to 21 points. That's the most points White has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Jameccus Hardge, who posted 16 points and three steals.

The victory got Social Circle back to even at 8-8. As for Redan, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Social Circle will welcome Southwest Atlanta Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Social Circle is facing Southwest Atlanta Christian at the right time seeing as Southwest Atlanta Christian is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Redan, they will head out on the road to challenge Eastside at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
