Basketball Recap: Beavercreek Gets Big Win over Higher-Ranked Princeton

Beavercreek saw some tournament action on Saturday. They secured a 49-43 W over the Princeton Vikings. The win was all the more spectacular given the Beavers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 223rd, while the Vikings are ranked sixth).

The victory made it two in a row for Beavercreek and bumps their season record up to 10-14. As for Princeton, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beavercreek beat Princeton by a score of 49-43 later that day.
