Basketball Recap: Garber Takes a Loss

Garber was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dover Longhorns. The contest marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Loss or not, Garber got some senior leadership from Colton Steinert and Domingo Ramirez. Steinert went 6 for 10 on his way to 19 points, while Ramirez posted eight points and five rebounds.

Garber now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Dover, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Garber will welcome Tonkawa at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dover, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Medford at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
