Edmond North had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Drummond Bulldogs an 8-0 shutout on Saturday. Considering the Huskies have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Edmond North's win bumped their record up to 14-15. As for Drummond, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edmond North will challenge Capitol Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Drummond, they will square off against Tonkawa at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Buccaneers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
