The Farmville Homeschool Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Lynchburg HomeSchool on the road and fell 82-27. Farmville Homeschool has not had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Ben Smith was his usual excellent self, scoring 32 points for Lynchburg HomeSchool. Kayden Saunders was another key contributor, scoring eight points.

Farmville Homeschool has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Lynchburg HomeSchool, they pushed their record up to 10-7 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Farmville Homeschool is on the road again on Tuesday and plays the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. James River HomeSchool will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Lynchburg HomeSchool, they will head out on the road to square off against the Patriots at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Loudoun County HomeSchool is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
