Volleyball Recap: Northern Durham Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Northern Durham had taken Durham School of the Arts down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Monday. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.

While Northern Durham was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Durham School of the Arts' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-21, 25-23.

Trinity Green paced Northern Durham's offense, picking up six kills. Green got some help from Eleri Herrera and her ten assists. Green was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Northern Durham's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Durham School of the Arts, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Northern Durham has already played their next game (against Discovery Charter School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Durham School of the Arts, they will venture away from home to face off against Hillside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
