It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Columbus Grove had no problem doing just that on Friday. They skirted past the Minster Wildcats 43-40. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on 15 straight.

Columbus Grove pushed their record up to 26-2 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28.6 points. As for Minster, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 22-6 record.

Looking ahead, Columbus Grove will take on Rootstown at 2:00 p.m. on March 15th. Rootstown will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something Columbus Grove surely won't give up without a fight. Minster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
