Volleyball Recap: Barberton Comes Up Short

Barberton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Revere Minutemen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Minutemen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-7, 25-12.

Barberton's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Revere, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Barberton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Northwest on the 6th. As for Revere, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Lutheran West on the 4th.
