Softball Recap: Archer School for Girls Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Archer School for Girls can now relate to. They lost 11-1 to the South Pasadena Tigers on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Archer School for Girls and nudges their season record down to 12-5. As for South Pasadena, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Archer School for Girls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Pasadena, they will challenge Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. The Cardinals will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
