Soccer Game Preview: Hutchison vs. North Pole

Hutchison is 0-9-1 against North Pole since May of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. The Hawks will venture away from home to take on the Patriots at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hutchison can't be too happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Friday. They came up short against Houston, falling 6-1. Gabe Berrellez was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Meanwhile, North Pole has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They fell just short of Lathrop by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Hutchison might still be hurting after the 10-0 loss they got from North Pole in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can the Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
