Basketball Game Preview: North Zulch Bulldogs vs. Fayetteville Lions

The North Zulch Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Fayetteville Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

North Zulch came up short against Richards on Thursday, falling 67-41. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville came tearing into Tuesday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 72-42 victory over the Longhorns. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Fayetteville pushed their record up to 18-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.0 points per game. As for North Zulch, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

North Zulch was dealt a bruising 81-40 loss at the hands of Fayetteville in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can North Zulch avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
