Basketball Recap: West Fork Gators vs. King Panthers
West Fork was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 95-35 loss at the hands of the King Panthers.
Emma Ledesma and Nadia Camacho certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Ledesma had nine points, while Camacho earned eight points.
West Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for King, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Fork will take on Montgomery at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Montgomery will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something West Fork surely won't give up without a fight. As for King, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Tomball Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on November 19th.
