Basketball Recap: Dmauri Evans Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Legacy

Colleyville Heritage won the last time they faced Legacy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers enjoyed a cozy 54-36 victory over the Leopards. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Colleyville Heritage to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dmauri Evans, who went 8-for-17 en route to 22 points. Another player making a difference was Grayson Eichinger, who shot 60% from the field on his way to 15 points.

Colleyville Heritage's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Legacy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Colleyville Heritage wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 61-30 victory against Liberty Christian on the 20th. As for Legacy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-37 loss against Ponder on the 21st.
