Iowa City strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Waterloo West Wahawks by a score of 7-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-3 on Thursday.

Iowa City's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Waterloo West, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Iowa City wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-1 loss against Xavier on the 30th. As for Waterloo West, they will welcome Charles City at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
