Football Recap: Caden Alderson Key Part of Team Effort in Warriors Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Bernard, Tomball Christian HomeSchool was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 31-18 victory over the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tomball Christian HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caden Alderson, who threw for 155 yards and two touchdowns.

Tomball Christian HomeSchool's defense didn't let the opposing QB, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for three sacks. Jacob Muhle was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself. He has been hot recently, having also posted five or more total tackles the last three times he's played.

Fort Bend Christian Academy's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Brayden Tibbetts, who threw for 251 yards and three TDs, and Donnie Avery Jr, who picked up 184 receiving yards and one score.

Tomball Christian HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
