Volleyball Recap: Okemos Victorious

Okemos won the last time they faced Milford and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mavericks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Nolan Meyer paced Okemos' offense, picking up ten kills. Meyer got some help from Gavin Freidhoff and his 21 assists.

Okemos now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Milford, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Okemos didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Dexter on the 12th. As for Milford, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Brighton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
