Baseball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison and Huntington Beach pushed the score to 18-1 the last time they played Huntington Beach, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. The Chargers fell 3-0 to the Oilers. The Chargers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Huntington Beach, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-4.

While Edison had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
