Basketball Game Preview: Ravenwood Raptors vs. Page Patriots

Ravenwood and Page are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Ravenwood Raptors will head out on the road to face off against the Page Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Page took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Ravenwood, who comes in off a win.

Ravenwood took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They managed a 50-46 win over Brentwood. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Raptors' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 151st, while the Bruins are ranked 25th).

Meanwhile, Page's game on Friday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. The game between them and Nolensville didn't end well, with Page falling 56-40. The matchup marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ravenwood is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Page, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Ravenwood suffered a grim 64-40 defeat to Page in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Ravenwood avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
