Volleyball Game Preview: Walnut Wildcats vs. Baldwyn Bearcats

The Walnut Wildcats will square off against the Baldwyn Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Walnut will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

It was a proper cat-fight when Walnut took on Ripley on Monday. The Wildcats walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Baldwyn's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hatley.

Baldwyn couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Hatley a tough time in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 22-25, 27-25, 33-31.

Baldwyn's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Walnut, their victory bumped their record up to 30-3-1.

Everything went Walnut's way against Baldwyn in their previous matchup back in August, as Walnut made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Bearcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
