With a playoff win on the line, Central Catholic rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Madison Comprehensive Rams by a score of 31-21. The victory was nothing new for the Fighting Irish as they're now sitting on three straight.

Central Catholic's record is now 16-8. As for Madison Comprehensive, they moved to 15-9 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coming up, Central Catholic will square off against Unioto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Fighting Irish will need to watch out since the Shermans have now posted at least 55 points in their last ten contests. Madison Comprehensive does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
