Soccer Recap: Bradford Prep Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Bradford Prep after they claimed the first goal on Friday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Lincoln Charter Eagles by a score of 2-1. Bradford Prep's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Sarah Miller, who's now up to seven this season.

Bradford Prep now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Lincoln Charter, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bradford Prep will welcome Corvian Community at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Bradford Prep will be up against Corvian Community's rather soft defense (which has allowed four goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lincoln Charter, they will be playing at home against Mountain Island Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Lincoln Charter's defense better be ready for this one: Mountain Island Charter has averaged an impressive 4.2 goals per game this season.
