It was a good run, but Temple Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 59-49 to the Beaches Chapel Lions. Temple Christian Academy was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Beaches Chapel earlier this season, when they won 59-55.

Despite the loss, Temple Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Jayden Marshall, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds. Marshall is becoming a predictor of Temple Christian Academy's success: when he posts at least ten boards the team is undefeated (and 5-11 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Daiyon Williams, who posted six points and 13 rebounds.

Temple Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Beaches Chapel, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8.
