Recap: Livingston Academy Wildcats vs. White County Warriors
The Livingston Academy Wildcats won the last time they faced the White County Warriors, and things went their way on Thursday too. Livingston Academy snuck past White County with a 55-50 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Livingston Academy.
When it comes to explaining why White County lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tripp Pinion. Despite the final result, he scored 25 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pinion has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Cole Sims, who scored seven points along with three steals.
Even though they lost, White County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 25 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Livingston Academy has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for White County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-12.
