Volleyball Recap: Rancho Bernardo Takes a Loss

After flying high against Helix on Thursday, Rancho Bernardo came back down to earth. The Broncos fell 2-0 to the Mt. Carmel Sundevils on Friday. The Broncos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sundevils apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Rancho Bernardo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mt. Carmel, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Rancho Bernardo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Classical Academy on the 15th. As for Mt. Carmel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against San Marcos on the 15th.
