Volleyball Recap: Springfield Southeast Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Springfield Southeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rochester Rockets. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Rockets when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14.

Presly Werts paced Springfield Southeast's offense, picking up five kills. Werts got some help from Parker Maxey and her 11 assists.

Springfield Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 6-19. As for Rochester, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

Springfield Southeast has already played their next match (against Calvary), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Rochester, they will take on Triad in a tournament on Friday.
